Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

What I personally find the hardest to draw is feet and hands. I found that with a lot of practice and a lot of frustrating mistakes my feet and hands actually look at the very least almost the way i want them to be.
Now my favorite Style of drawing is Anime or sometimes semi-realism, and i find that by doing studies of the more traditional style realism actually helps improve my anime pictures greatly. For instance i would practice drawing my hands and feet in different positions holding different things and from different angles. I also find it extremely helpful while i'm drawing and i'm having a particularly hard time drawing a hand or a foot in a certain position i will stop for a

everybody loves a good contest, right?

we are having another contest !!

we're having a little twist now. i want the people who are worried about entering since we've been choosing artists with remarkable talent and skills. i'm still judging for high quality work, but i want the people who are intimidated by that. i want to include everyone.

this contest is going to be judged mainly on creativity! if you draw it with your toes, cool, just be outrageously imaginative!
this is the main thing we're judging.

now... the theme, FLOWERS!

we wanted keep the subject way open, so that anyone can work within that restriction.
the details:
*you can enter as many times as you want
*you must make this artwork specifically for this contest (we'll be checking dates!)
there were be three prizes of 500 points for the 3 winners (all three win, no first second, and third, winners are equal and will win the same prize.
*every medium is accepted
* because of popular opinion, the contest will run 2 months, that should be long enough for just about anybody.

* to sum it up...go crazy and create the wildest most amazing, creative, special, fun, and mind blowing flowers! (obviously with spirals and/or swirls in it.)
